21242 LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Sheriff of Bay County is requesting sealed proposals for an independent contractor to provide the necessary software for a complete on-site electronic system for inmate medical records at the Bay County Jail Facility, Panama City, Florida. The system must include, at a minimum, provisions to enter, organize, catalogue, retrieve, archive, replicate and store Inmate Medical Records in a retrievable electronic format. These records must be available to Facility Medical Staff seven days per week. The successful Vendor will also be required to provide training for an adequate number of staff for a facility with an average daily population of over 1100 inmates that typically averages a monthly intake and release of 2500 individuals. The contract period will be for five (5) years commencing on, or before, January 1, 2019 with extension options. A qualifying vendor must be currently engaged in providing services involving inmate medical records and be able to maintain the system after installation. References will be required.
